1. What does your store sell?

I sell e-books and occasionally offer 1:1 sessions. More stuff will be coming in the future.

Everything you see here is created by me, Tatiana Hopper, with love, care, and a fair amount of coffee.

2. Do you ship or plan to ship internationally?

Yes! Currently all the store products in the store are all being fulfilled online. However, I do plan to ship worldwide once I introduce physical products such as prints and photobooks. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location — these will be calculated at checkout.

3. Do you offer digital downloads?

Yes — certain products, like e-books or 1:1 sessions, are available as instant digital downloads after purchase.

Please keep in mind I do not accept any unsolicited materials.

5. Do you offer custom work or commissions?

Occasionally! If you have a specific project in mind, please send me your idea, and I’ll let you know if it’s a good fit. Please keep in mind, I cannot accept any projects that require work in exchange for products or for without a paid commission. I also do not make videos about specific photobooks requested by their respective authors — this is to keep my channel impartial and independent.

6. How do I stay updated on your latest work?

You can join my newsletter for updates on new videos, handpicked photography articles, behind-the-scenes stories, and sneak previews of upcoming projects. No spam — just creativity in your inbox.

7. Do you teach photography?

Yes! From time to time, I run online workshops, release e-books, or offer 1:1 sessions.

8. What currency are your prices in?

All prices are listed in euros. If you’re purchasing from outside that currency zone, your bank or payment provider may apply a conversion rate and fees.

9. What are your qualifications?

Academically, I have studied at the Lisbon Theatre and Film School, as well as, the University of Westminster. In spite of this, I’ve spent years exploring photography both behind the camera and through in-depth research into its history, techniques, and cultural impact. My work combines hands-on photographic experience with extensive study of photographers, filmmaking, and visual storytelling. I share insights not just from my own practice but also from the masters of the craft, to inspire and educate photographers at all stages of their journey.

10. Notes about 1:1 Sessions:

Can’t Find a Slot?

My 1:1 sessions are limited and availability updates monthly or bi-monthly. If no spots are open, you can register your interest for free to be given priority when the next dates are released. You can do so by emailing me at thwork28@gmail.com. I’ll email you a day or two before they go live.

How Long is a Session?
Each session lasts approximately 60 minutes.

Do you have the possibility to accommodate longer sessions?

Yes! You can book two consecutive sessions and email me at thwork28@gmail.com to let me know you'd like a 120-minute session. You can choose your preferred start time based on the slots you select.

Can I Cancel or Reschedule?
Yes — you can reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours before the session. Changes after that time cannot be refunded.

What if I’m Late?
If you join late, we’ll continue until your booked time ends. Unfortunately, I can’t extend the session as other bookings may follow. If you don’t join within 25 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session will be cancelled.

Do You Offer Refunds?
Refunds are available only if the session is cancelled within the allowed notice period. No-shows and cancellations due to late arrival (after the 25-minute mark) are non-refundable.

Other Important Notes

- Once you’ve booked, the only next step is to email me with your details — I will never contact you from any other email, request extra payments, ask for personal documents, or involve third parties.

- Please ensure your internet connection is stable and your environment is quiet for the best experience. And don’t worry if your four-legged friend decides to crash the session, they’re welcome to join us, and it happens quite often!
